Danier and Greta Constantine Join Forces for Fall 2012 Capsule Collection

Danier will once again partner with Greta Constantine for their Fall 2012 collection. After the success of the last collaboration, the leather retailer will release Greta Constantine SKIN with the design duo Stephen Wong and Kick Pickersgill.
“Danier is thrilled to bring the second collection Greta Constantine SKIN to our customers, adding the amazing Greta Constantine esthetic to our fabulous fall lineup of leather jackets and accessories”, Jennifer Steckel Elliott, VP Marketing for Danier, said in a press release.
The collaboration is said to embody Danier’s mantra of affordable luxury while showcasing Greta Constantine’s impeccable skill for second-layer pieces. This season the collection will also include separates and accessories.
Wong and Pickersgill describe the new collection as having an “overarching feminine sensibility,” but with a “slightly darker, even a tad menacing” appeal. Look out for the use of feminine details, like sequins and strategic stitching that accentuates curves to make an appearance in the highly anticipated follow-up collection.
The leather company says they are excited about the release of the upcoming Fall line with Greta Constantine, and are committed to supporting the Canadian fashion landscape and all the home-grown talent making a mark on the industry.
